This is another wedding we did this summer.  I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with Joe and Tasha and their families!  Watching them interact in such a wonderful, loving way and capturing that with my camera makes me so happy!  I might have to do another blog post about this next week because I have barely skimmed the surface of their pictures.

God’s blessings to you two as you begin your new life together.  Thanks for letting us be a part of your big day.

And a big shout out to my sweet hubby for helping me.  I couldn’t do it without you, Bob!

For this first one we had to carefully duck and maneuver our way into the trees.  I asked them if they trusted me and they said yes.  So I said GREAT!  Let’s keep going!  🙂  No wedding dresses were torn, ripped, stained or otherwise damaged in this session.

The handsome groom . . .   I didn’t know Joe before the wedding, but I heard testimony after testimony about his kind and loving spirit, his love for the Lord and his determination to marry his beautiful bride.  Tasha is in good hands.  This guy is the real deal.

And here is the beautiful bride . . . I’ve known Tasha her entire life, but haven’t had much opportunity to really get to know her.  I’d say I’ve missed out.  This young woman is mature beyond her years with a love for the Lord that is remarkable.  I know why Joe was so determined to marry her.

I love this shot Bob got of Joe as Tasha was walking down the aisle.

And who can resist this adorable couple!  We had a photo booth set up at the reception.  Fun times!
